Announcing Weekly Event- BSI Paneer- Week 95
The vibrant weekly event BSI will be hosted here for the next 7 days, thanks to Priya, this week’s host who gave me the opportunity. BSI stands for Blogger Secret Ingredient and it changes every week! When I was asked to choose an ingredient for the event, I just looked at the list of ingredients for the past 94 weeks and chose Paneer- Indian cottage cheese, though I will accept other cheese related entries also. Queso Fresco or Tofu is also a good substitute for Paneer. Paneer is a freshly made cheese and it is a good source of protein.
So here is how it works:
Cook anything with cottage cheese/Paneer and post it in your blog from Monday the 13th of September till Sunday the 19th of September.
I will select a winner from the list of entries received and the round up will be posted on Monday the 20th of September along with the name of the winner.
If you do not have a blog, you can still participate in the event, just send me the recipe along with the details of

Older entries are accepted provided, you link it to BSI and to this event announcement.
There is no limit to the number of entries.

The main ingredient in the recipe should be Paneer/Cottage cheese.
